PRCSO makes nine drug arrests at one residence
The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office (PRCSO) and the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) worked together in executing a search warrant at 21 Darby Lane in Carriere on March 14, that resulted in nine arrests according to Sheriff David Allison.
Sheriff Allison said the address was very familiar to his department due to the 40 plus times it has responded to the residence in the recent past for complaints about illegal drug activity, presence of stolen property, as well as executing several other search warrants.
The PRCSO Narcotics Unit, along with the Criminal Investigative Division and MDOC, arrived at the residence at approximately 12:30pm and came in contact with suspects inside and outside of the residence. Deputies recovered multiple amounts of Methamphetamine, paraphernalia, digital scales, and packaging material from the residence according to Sheriff Allison.
Those arrested and charged included:
Robert E. Hellmers, III, age 44, 32068 Ole Bouae Road, Carriere; arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute;
Shane Shelhorse, age 46, 21 Darby Lane, Carriere; arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute;
Krystal Hickman, age 28, 21 Darby Lane, Carriere, arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute;
Colbi T. Defiore, 26, 41 Albert Prince Road, Carriere, arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute;
Sanda Sanders, age 31, 19 Railroad Street, Carriere, arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and MDOC probation violation;
Cordell Lamar House, age 29, 101 Harvey Street, Picayune, for Possession of Methamphetamine;
Kelly M. Silva, age 28, 19 Railroad Street, Carriere, arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia and MDOC probation violation;
James Rohrbacker, age 43, 33 Easy Street, Picayune, arrested for arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia and MDOC probation violation;
Tommy Joe Lee, age 39, 12 Temple Drive, Picayune, arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia.
