Buddy Ball celebrates fourth season with banquet for participants

The Buddy Ball program of Picayune's athletes gathered with the Kiwanis Club of Picayune, the Ladies Junior Auxiliary of Picayune, and other volunteers to enjoy a festive evening of food, fellowship, and awards at the Kay Cee Hall on Carroll Street.

Corey Dorn and Trevor Adam talk about the program's success

This year, the program had 83 athletes participating, 41 school-aged volunteers that performed 135 service hours, and a tremendous number of volunteers from throughout the community.

At the banquet, each athlete was presented with a photo sheet with a team and individual picture and ring commemorating the season. All in attendance enjoy plenty of food, fun, and fellowship.
