PRCSO asking for help in locating missing person

Pearl River County Chief Investigator Marc Ogden is asking for help from the community in locating a missing person. According to Ogden, a concerned family member who lives out of state called the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office to report they had not heard from a relative since August 26, 2019.

Deputies went to the address of the missing person and met with the missing person’s girlfriend who she had not heard from the person since

the same date.

Deputies filled out a missing person report and an investigation was opened in hopes of finding Eric Hamilton Risley. Risley is described as being 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 225 pounds. Risley’s vehicle, that is also missing, is a red 2019 4 Door Jeep SUV with a handicapped license plate of PRC 7334. Ogden stated that Risley has medical issues.

Ogden asked that if anyone has information on the location of either Risley or his vehicle, they are asked to contact the Pearl River County Sheriff's Office at 601-795-2241 or 601-795-5528.
