Four PMHS baseball seniors sign letters of intent for next level

Four Picayune Memorial High School seniors signed letters of intent to play baseball at the next level in a ceremony held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at the school.

All four have been major contributors to the success of Picayune baseball during their tenure according to Head Coach Cody Stogner.

"These guys are four great baseball players and they've been huge to our program. What they are getting (scholarships) is what they've earned and it's all due to their hard work. The baseball programs they are going to after finishing here will be getting great ballplayers."

"Hopefully this will motivate our younger players and also our other current seniors for the coming season to work hard to hopefully these type scholarship opportunities," Stogner added.

Ledet signed with Pearl River Community College, Turnage with East Central Community College, Smith and Stockstill with Mississippi Delta Community College.
