Pearl River County SPCA Hosts Fall 2024 Wellness in the Park Clinic

Picayune, MS – The Pearl River County SPCA is excited to announce its upcoming Fall 2024 Wellness in the Park Clinic, a cherished community event providing low-cost pet wellness services. Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Jack Reed Park, Picayune, MS.

This biannual event has seen tremendous growth and success over the years. During the Spring 2024 Clinic, over 400 pets were served, including:

- 382 Rabies vaccinations

- 309 Wellness vaccinations

- 167 Bordetella vaccinations

- 147 Heartworm tests

- 91 Microchips

With this significant turnout, the Fall Wellness Clinic is expected to draw even more pet owners who value accessible and affordable veterinary care for their beloved companions. No residency is required, making it a perfect opportunity for pet owners in Picayune and beyond.

Available Services Include:

- Single Wellness: $10

- Baby Series (~7 months): $30

- Rabies Vaccination: $10

- Microchip: $15

- Rabies & Microchip Combo: $20

- Bordetella Vaccination: $10

- Heartworm Test: $15

How to Prepare:

Forms can be downloaded from prcspca.org or picked up at the shelter at 1700 Palestine Rd, Picayune, MS. Each form accommodates up to 2 pets. If printing at home, ensure to use both the white and yellow copies as indicated at the top—one copy stays with us, and one is for you.

Important Reminders:

- Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier for everyone’s safety.

- Payment options include cash or card.
